Return Policy
GVA Interiors offer a 15-day return policy to items sold online. Any items damaged due its misuse, breakage upon installation, due to not reasonable use cannot be returned for a refund.
To return, please follow the following steps:
- Email us at sales@gvanteriors.com to request Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and details. Include (a) your full name, (b) your order number, (c) reason for return.
- Once your email received, we will contact you to provide shipment instructions.
- Ship the item back to us within 15 days from your purchase.
- Once the item received by our team, we will verify and get back to you.
ITEMS SHIPPED BACK TO US WITHOUT RMA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Quality of packaging, its cost and shipment fees are your responsibility. We suggest to use shipment with tracking number to guarantee its safety and to avoid it being lost.
